Iran was the world’s 48th largest exporter of goods and 74th largest exporter of commercial services in 2022. Export values were $97.85 billion and $6.53 billion USD respectively. Iran’s top export category was Fuels and mining products, followed by Manufactures, and Chemicals. In 2022, Iran’s main export destination markets for goods and services trade were to China, Iraq and United Arab Emirates, with trade representing 51.60 per cent of GDP.
