Chad was the world’s 136th largest exporter of goods and 161st largest exporter of commercial services in 2021. Export values were $2.6 billion USD  and $197 million USD respectively. In terms of imports, Chad is the world’s 150th largest importer of goods and 108th largest importer of commercial services. Import values were $2.7 and $2.1 billion USD respectively in 2021. In 2020, Chad’s trade represents 68.73 per cent of GDP. Chad is part of one Regional Trade Agreement, Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC).
